Families & Kids

Come Grow with Us!

We are a small and growing church. During the pandemic, our families have experienced a lot of changes. We invite families who are looking for a simple, inclusive church that offers spiritual development for people of all ages to come and help us grow. Our family activities are on hold while families adjust to the changes the pandemic has caused in their lives, and we are happy to get started again with families who want to be active in the downtown neighborhood.

Messy Church

Once a month we gather for hand-on play church. We read a bible story, sing some songs, and have a bunch of crafts, games, and science experiments. Suspended due to pandemic.

Service Projects

We think God calls every one of us to love our neighbor. We designed our Gratitude Project so kids can help stuff the goody bags we give to our neighbors who help our community. Once a month after worship.

Free Kid Bibles

God speaks to us through the Bible, so we offer free bibles for different ages. Many parents find reading daily with their kids is a great way to read through the bible!

Kid Messages

Every Sunday we include a message for kids in our worship time. Some adults like these better than the full sermons...

Kid Space

Our whole worship space is comfortable, with tables and couches. Color, play with play-doh and toys, relax. Plus we have a special place with a rocker chair and small table for little ones.

Kids get hungry and thirsty. We offer granola bars, fruit snacks and animal crackers every Sunday morning. Plus cocoa for the cold months.

Making Music

We love when kids get involved. We play an upbeat song at the end of every worship and let kids make music with shakers and dance.
